Mario Srl is an active manufacturer in the italian food industry for 20 years with frozen foods for pizzeria and restaurants (pre-cooked pasta and sauces) and with its own production of electric fan ovens and pasta machine maker of professional use, in addition to its easy-to-cook in a bain-marie that lets sauces and toppings to warm up.
The production is settled in two factories in Lusia, province of Rovigo.
All our products are daily used in our expositional restaurant “Corte Rossa”, San Felice sul Panaro.

It is composed by two resistances and two fans located on the top and bottom of the oven. Thanks to its two cylindrical elements, the air flow cooks pizza in a homogeneous way. Furthermore, you can easily cook any kind of food for ovens managing two thermostats for temperature control and setting different temperatures on the top and bottom of the oven.
